Description

• The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms • Focuses on driving ecommerce growth through effective media planning and buying • Prior experience in an agency setting working with consumer goods is essential • Create and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business goals • Oversee advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms • Utilize content management systems like Shopify to optimize ecommerce store performance • Plan and purchase media effectively to maximize reach and engagement • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction • Develop strategies to increase client ad spend and generate revenue for the company • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing changes and technology, advising clients on the best strategies and tools to drive ecommerce growth

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an ecommerce environment • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Advanced skills in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and content management systems like Shopify • Experience with marketplace marketing like Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee is a plus • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics • Excellent communication and client management skills • Proven ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Experience developing and managing joint business plans with clients • Proven ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing changes and technologies, and provide expert advice to clients on their application • A strong portfolio showcasing successful performance marketing campaigns and strategies
