Description
• Develop engineering roadmap and guide major product decisions and execution • Work with ubiquitous technology companies to build innovative products at incredible scale • Work closely with client engineering teams to prioritize improvements and new features • Mentor junior engineers and build out a growing team • Lead product strategy and engineering direction • Work closely with product designers and investigations experts to craft a consumer-grade experience • Build a solid foundation for our software and practice excellent engineering practices • Operate as a fully remote company with in-person meet-ups and learning opportunities
Requirements
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a high-growth environment • Successful track record of building platform-level software from scratch • Experience using modern open source frameworks and cloud technologies • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take initiative • Interest in solving world's most pressing problems • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role • Experience in a start-up or building 0 to 1 products and bringing them to market • Experience working for a social media, marketplace, or media company with knowledge of how attackers can abuse these systems
