Description
• Develop engineering roadmap and guide major product decisions and execution • Work with ubiquitous technology companies to build innovative products at scale • Collaborate with client engineering teams to prioritize improvements and new features • Set Cinder apart as a hub of excellent engineering and build a solid foundation for software • Lead product strategy and engineering direction • Work with product designers and investigations experts to craft a consumer-grade experience • Work for a remote company with teammate meet-ups and learning opportunities • Develop advanced features to tackle the hardest problems for sensitive, impactful issues
Requirements
• 1+ year of engineering or equivalent experience • Experience with modern open source frameworks and cloud technologies • Ability to take initiative and problem solve • Comfortable with ambiguity and adjusting to new regulations and best practices • Interest in solving some of the world's most pressing problems • Experience in a startup or building and bringing 0 to 1 products to market • Experience working for a social media, marketplace, or media company with knowledge of how attackers can manipulate these systems • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
