Requirements

•3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on recruiting commercial roles in tech •Strong sourcing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities •Deep understanding of commercial roles and the talent profile •Proficiency with ATS, recruitment tools, and social media platforms •Proven track record of filling high-impact commercial roles within tight timelines •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
