Description

•Engage with construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them •Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.Deliver weekly an accurate monthly & quarterly forecast of business •Manage accounts through entire sales process; business development, prospecting, and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support •Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development to establish rapport, build relationships, and create opportunities •Network and research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements •Create and deliver engaging remote software demonstrations to identify and establish sales opportunities and drive revenue •Develop a strong understanding of Extracker’s solution offering, acting as a subject matter expert of its value proposition, and becoming knowledgeable of competitive offerings

Requirements

•High energy, driven, team player •5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B, selling to all levels of an account •A results-driven and a consistent track record of exceeding quota •Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired •Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting •Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers •Entrepreneurial and thrive in a fast-paced,dynamic environment •Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) •BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred •Ability to develop trusted relationships •Experience working in the Commercial Construction Industry is a great benefit
