Description

• Lead and manage engineers in our Client Lifecycle Experience (CLX) team • Oversee the full lifecycle of a client, including sales cycle and onboarding systems

Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience and strong proficiency with any programming language • Experience managing a team of engineers, at least 4-5 engineers, but the opportunity is larger • Experience delivering critical services for an impactful organization • Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, such as algorithms and data structures • High degree of self-motivation and willingness to jump into unfamiliar areas to solve problems • Ability to work with stakeholders to develop new product ideas, design the technology to implement them, and see them through to completion
