Description

• If you’re a collaborative and ambitious project manager ready to tackle exciting marketing projects within a FinTech startup • Shepherding projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget • Working closely with the legal and compliance team • Ensuring always-on creative delivery is prioritized • Managing the creative testing process • Analyzing project status and revising the scope, schedule, or budget as necessary • Coordinating and facilitating communication across project teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience within a high-growth company • Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large projects from conception to completion • Demonstrable success at maximizing efficiency and resource utilization • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Solid experience with project management software tools (ClickUp is our tool of choice) • Experience as a project manager in advertising firms or marketing organizations is highly desired • Experience in a highly regulated industry (eg healthtech, fintech or insurtech) is a plus
