Ensuring the output of your team is of high quality and solves the customer’s problems, through writing and reviewing code and technical designs, providing technical guidance, and giving feedback. • Conduct proactive weekly planning, setting goals, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient delivery. • Hold retrospectives to reflect on team execution and derive actionable insights. • Document and scrutinize Project Plans, ensuring structured delivery of customer value. • Ensure continuous and visible project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating blockers. • Establish and iterate on team rituals (e.g., stand-ups, backlog grooming) for optimal effectiveness. • Manage operational excellence, including monitoring, alerts, and on-call rotations. • Balance product development with technical debt, ensuring high-quality technical investments. • Every individual at Clipboard Health has an impact on the business. As a Team Lead, we will look to you for input on streamlining our engineering processes, helping craft our goals, and raising the bar for the technical teams at the company. At Clipboard Health we say "We don’t have any toes to step on". If you see a problem, you fix it. • We give constant feedback and highly value transparency. You’ll have a lot of conversations in open forums, and as a curious team that values "first-principles thinking", you can expect questions and feedback on these conversations.
