Description
• Manage high-impact pilot/special projects from concept to launch. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Assess viability of new concepts by providing feedback. • Utilize data insights for informed decisions. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets. • Ensure documentation and processes are created for launch. • Create training materials for workforce onboarding. • Manage workforce readiness in new use cases. • Define quality standards ensuring project outputs meet requirements. • Keep up with technology developments validating for CloudFactory. • Engage with stakeholders managing expectations and updates. • Resolve project issues and manage scope changes. • Track performance metrics and prepare status reports. • Lead and coordinate the project team fostering collaboration. • Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a technology field. • 5-8 years of experience in project management, including managing large-scale projects. • Proficiency with project management software and tools. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and lead a team. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
