Description

• Exciting opportunity to join the growing in-house legal team at CLO Virtual Fashion • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial enterprise agreements including but not limited to software licensing and service agreements, partnership agreements, marketing agreements, NDAs, and DPAs • Draft, review, develop and implement internal policies, guidelines, and procedures • Advise on legal implications of business operations • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including data privacy/data protection laws • Actively engage in communications with other internal stakeholders • Work and collaborate with international teams over multiple time zones • Embody our culture and values

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • New York bar admission in good standing • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably as an in-house at a tech company or at a leading law firm • A willingness to learn voraciously and take on new scope and challenges. • Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written • Sound judgment in developing and implementing legal solutions.
