Description
• Act as a strategic partner to functional teams by initiating and executing deep analyses • Design and guide experiments/analysis to measure impact and drive product improvements • Measure business performance, develop core metrics, and create reporting • Synthesize data learnings into compelling stories • Conduct deep dives to solve complex problems and drive business impact • Develop and maintain data pipelines with outstanding craftsmanship
Requirements
• BA / BS degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or PhD degree with +2 years experience • Ability to independently plan and oversee large analytical projects • Understanding of statistical concepts and experience applying them • Experience in data analyses using SQL • Experience in programming/modeling in Python • Demonstration of core cultural values: clear communication, positive energy, continuous learning, and efficient execution • Nice to have: Data engineering skills and willingness to improve data foundations
