Requirements
• Relevant experience with increasing responsibility within a Trust & Safety team, 5+ years • Comfortable building and managing processes, scaling knowledge across large teams • Knowledge-management experience; maintained knowledge bases • Deep knowledge of continuous improvement and scaled solutions • Comfortable doing data analysis (e.g., SQL) for decision making • Can translate complex findings into a compelling narrative • Frequently praised for communication skills, both written and verbal
