Description

• Responsible for coordinating design, analysis, development, and strategic project implementation. • Develop and maintain the roadmap for new program implementation and design initiatives. • Plan, scope, and coordinate new programs. • Oversee the workflow, capacity management, and work forecast. • Understand the insurance program ecosystem and identify deliverables. • Execute enterprise-wide product communications, coordinating weekly planning. • Collaborate with delivery and enablement teams for precise implementation. • Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex problems. • Communicate and navigate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Uphold standards for quality and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Previous experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry. • Ability to collaborate across technical and business-oriented stakeholders. • Project management / project coordination experience. • Detail-oriented and a structured thinker. • Enterprise mindset with a passion for improvement. • Effective communication of complex technical and business matters, both written and verbal. • Quick learner with the ability to apply learned skills rapidly and effectively.
