• Conduct market research and meet and interview customers to help inform product creation and definition • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for B2B healthcare solutions. • Define the B2B product roadmap, including ongoing product strategy, product planning, user experience design, and requirements development for new features. • Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver high-quality products • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development • Monitor product performance and gather insights to drive continuous improvement • GTM strategy creation. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product positioning and messaging • Work with and train sales teams on product features and benefits to ensure effective customer engagements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B product management • Experience in interacting with both sales teams and customers to refine initial asks into actionable and data driven roadmap items. • Experience working closely with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points. • Experience in healthcare education content is a strong nice-to-have and will be a differentiator in candidates. • Knowledge of common product management, project management, wireframing, testing, and analytics tools. • Metrics-driven experience in defining and developing products to meet customer requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. • Organizational skills including project and task management and proven ability to meet deadlines.
