Description

•Oversee all aspects of the creative development of custom creative brand partnerships, commercials and sponsorships. •Facilitate with internal business units to foster a collaborative relationship and advance business objectives. •Lead creative positioning to clients •Develop ideas and sell-able IP in pre-sale that are executable, cohesive, and innovative, and provide costing for media plans •Ensure the timely execution of deliverables within budget and meeting Complex’ creative standards

Requirements

•7+ years of professional experience in brand partnerships, creative agency or media •Experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment •Strong understanding of processes for content production, design, and editorial, with a definitive vision for the advertising business of Complex •Dynamic communication skills and a proven track record of merging the objectives of creative integrity and sales goals •Understanding of the new media landscape, and monetization opportunities across new verticals
