Description
• Lead a team developing energy pricing models • Work with Quantitative Researchers to design and deploy models • Develop data infrastructure and research platform • Have broad impact and ownership over platform and framework design
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • 3+ years of experience developing production machine learning (or other predictive modeling) systems in an industry setting • Experience leading and mentoring software engineers, ML engineers, or data scientists • Solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals • Experience with probabilistic forecasting models for multivariate time series and other structured data • Comfortable with the workflow to research and develop machine learning models and data mining algorithms • Lifelong learner and empathetic teacher • Experience with any part of our data stack (Python, SQL, PyTorch, CatBoost) is a plus
