• Market intelligence: Drive ongoing optimization of buyer personas, ICP, industry knowledge, and competitive intel. Contribute to core messaging and brand narratives that resonate with our target buyer personas.
• Drive feature launch planning and execution in cooperation with product leadership and ensure internal and external launch readiness
• Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support Constructor products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
• Work closely with analysts along with the CEO and Director of Brand &amp; Content, as well as own G2 Reviews collaborating with Customer Success and Growth Marketing
• Create educational content in the form of blog outlines, tutorials, videos etc. in collaboration with growth marketing, sales, customer marketing and customer success
• Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including written works and potentially trade shows.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products, services, and integration options to prospective customers
• Support tailored Proof Schedules (lightweight POCs) that address specific prospect use cases and highlight the value and benefits of Constructor.io.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to provide prospect feedback, share market insights, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
• Work closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales approaches, ensuring alignment between prospect requirements and product capabilities.
• Provide industry thought leadership within internal meetings, prospect meetings, webinars, trade shows, etc.

As Constructor’s Director of Sales (West) you'll be responsible for managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives. You should feel a personal responsibility for the challenges, development, and success of your team. A few of the main duties of the Director of Sales are training Account Executives - onboarding and ongoing sales enablement, identifying key figures and inflection points in deals, staying on top of emerging trends, and collaborating with internal C-level, Engineering, and Customer Success.
