Description

• Effectively design, deploy, and manage storage solutions for clients • Monitor and optimize storage performance to ensure high availability and reliability • Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patching of storage systems • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to other engineers • Solve highly complex engineering challenges for the team while utilizing all levels of technical resources • Rapidly and effectively execute deployment of products and solutions • Lead a growing team of engineers in excellence and professionalism • Act as a liaison to the broader companywide practice group in service development and ongoing refinement • Perform engineering tasks in support of data protection services • Experience recovering from storage snapshots and maintaining storage immutability • Assist in and consult on client satisfaction escalations and incidents • Coordinate team technical escalations for clients, vendors, and team members • Draft, maintain, and evolve client and product documentation • Install, configure, and audit data protection platforms and applications • Review and consult on products, solutions, and client change control requests • Regularly perform team trainings on products and services • Collaborate on practice group operations, best practices, and service delivery methodologies • Coordinate and facilitate knowledge sharing to and from the practice group • Understand the client’s end goals and help create a plan to achieve them • Perform other tasks as needed to support Data Protection Practice Group initiatives • Participate in an on-call rotation • Communicate effectively in any form or medium

Requirements

• 7-10 years of storage and disaster recovery experience • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, related field, or equivalent work history • Pure Storage, HPE Storage, Cohesity, and Rubrik experience highly desired • Industry certifications in Microsoft, Cohesity, and VMware desired • Experience working for and within IT for various industries including the legal industry • Experience in large-scale service delivery
