• Act as technical expert for Conversant Group’s Technical Directives.

• Competitive knowledge for products that are not part of the Conversant Group portfolio so that the customer understands the risks associated with implementing alternative solutions.

Support Fenix24 team in organizing engagements and restoration workstreams in cybersecurity sector.

• Support Technical Captains & Cell Majors in organizing and documenting engagements & restoration workstreams. Including estimations of time to completion, engagement budgets, and staffing.
• Schedule and attend scoping calls taking notes and provide initial access and other applicable documentation.
• Schedule and manage client-facing collaboration rooms and monitor internal and external communications with clients, counsel, and digital forensic partners (via Teams, Slack, Signal etc).
• Support Technical Captains & Cell Majors in providing documentation (slide shows, bullet points) for update calls for clients, counsel and insurance carriers as needed.

• You will take your proven track record of selling complex security solutions to various personas ranging from security practitioners up to the C-Suite and guide them towards defending their organization against cyber threats.
• You must have knowledge of Cybersecurity and leverage the Challenger’s Sale methodology to guide your customers towards a unique, highly secure solution.

• Fenix24 is seeking highly motivated TECHNICAL leaders and engineers who can provide ongoing incident response and disaster recovery support and service to our growing list of clients. In this role, you work directly with clients to respond to security incidents that require the restoration of services including, security applications, systems, and services, in addition to traditional IT systems and services. You will be involved in assisting forensics teams capture applicable evidence of unauthorized access to computing systems using current acceptable practices. You will work with other members of our engineering, sales, and project management teams to ensure our team meets the clients’ goals and objectives of full restoration of infrastructure and security services.
