• Define and execute marketing strategy • Work on brand voice and tone • Lead branding and marketing for consumer products • Develop adoption and go-to-market strategies • Design initiatives and events to foster community • Gather community feedback • Create and execute communications strategies • Analyze growth initiatives and flows • Collaborate with designers
Requirements
• 8+ years experience in marketing • Strong track record of driving business outcomes • Experience with user and market research • Expertise in performance marketing and data analysis • Highly collaborative and autonomous • Experience with early-stage startups • Understanding of cryptography and distributed systems or ability to learn • Experience with PaaS products and prior knowledge of Blockchain and NFT technology a plus
