• Manage long-term partnerships with key customers • Identify and pursue new opportunities • Contribute to profitability of CPM Century Extrusion • Deliver excellent customer service to maximize sales and profitability • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to support company growth • Participate in company sales meetings to enhance communication

Requirements

• Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities • Strong understanding of industry theories and practices, particularly in chemistry and engineering • Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Sales Experience, preferably in aftermarket segment • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMS, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
