Description

• Provide real-time guidance to remote volunteer Crisis Counselors • Assist with high-risk situations including active rescues and mandatory reports • Foster supportive experiences for texters and Crisis Counselors

Requirements

• 3+ years of crisis intervention work experience beyond volunteerism • Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal) • Ability to work flex shifts as needed, up to 26 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and holidays • Current available shifts: Saturday and Sunday: 6p - 2a EST; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - 3p-7p EST
