Description

• Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention. • Supervisors provide real-time guidance to remote volunteer Crisis Counselors. • You’ll take conversations with texters when needed and assist with high-risk situations. • You are self-motivated, effective at multitasking, and an effective communicator. • You will perform active rescues and monitor volunteer counselor conversations for quality support. • You must possess problem-solving skills and be tech-savvy.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of crisis intervention work experience beyond volunteerism. • Ability to work flex shifts as needed to meet the needs of the business outside of assigned shifts, up to 26 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and holidays. • The current available shift is: • Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - 10p - 6a EST • Reliable High-Speed Internet Required: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection to support seamless remote collaboration, virtual meetings, online job tasks, etc.
