Description
• Lead execution of Finance Transformation projects • Develop and maintain client relationships • Analyze challenges and develop recommendations • Proactively partner with leadership team on internal projects • Participate in business development activities
Requirements
• 9+ years' experience in relevant consulting, CFO Advisory, Finance Transformation, or relevant industry experience • Strong strategic finance function planning skills • Ability to lead large-scale multi-year Finance Transformation programs • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Passionate about building, motivating, and leading teams • Ability to think strategically and pay attention to detail • Creativity, confidence, and flexibility
