Description

• Lead finance transformation and operational improvement initiatives • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy • Provide program/project management expertise • Design, enhance, and advise on best practices for accounting processes and controls • Assist clients in navigating complex corporate transactions • Improve processes and controls through optimization and automation • Provide leadership in client delivery, business development, and team management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other technical discipline • 15+ years of relevant experience working at high growth or pre-IPO companies • Prior experience as a controller or equivalent in technology, consumer products, and/or life sciences • Expertise in finance transformation, system implementation, operations improvement, and business process improvement • Experience with ERP systems (ex. Workday, Oracle, SAP) • CPA, CISA, CFE, PMP certification
