• Enter, track, and follow up on all client orders
• Analyze the territory and identify growth opportunities for existing and new accounts
• Engage with new interior designers and maintain relationships with existing interior design clientele
• Place and follow up on customer orders; work with internal Support Teams to troubleshoot client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Assist in managing showroom sample requests and maintaining showroom visual standards.

• The showroom assistant will be responsible for maintaining an organized and tidy sample room, fulfilling all sample orders and requests, and helping to maintain the showroom visual standards.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead and manage the preparation of monthly actuals reporting, including variance analysis and narrative commentary
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date cost center reports
• Prepare and update financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections
• Assist in the development and implementation of the annual budget
• Provide financial support to senior leadership, including preparing Board decks and presentations
• Track and manage accruals to ensure accuracy and timeliness
