Description

• Oversee the entire ad creation process, from creative brainstorming and audience targeting to agency direction and campaign launch. • Monitor spend and performance to ensure ROAS goals are met and leads convert efficiently throughout the customer journey. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to design and execute tests that attract the right customers and boost revenue. • Work closely with Analytics to ensure paid media attribution aligns with best practices and accurately captures all ad-sourced conversions. • Develop creative solutions, act quickly, and confidently present to internal stakeholders to inform decisions and prioritize resources. • Report on paid media progress and ensure clear and effective communication of paid media insights, challenges, and successes.

Requirements

• Skilled in designing and executing experiments to drive growth. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. • Proficient with Google Office Suite and other software tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience planning and executing paid media campaigns, with a strong track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across search, social, and display. • Proven ability to meet performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV. • SaaS and/or startup experience is highly desirable.
