Description

• Own demand generation campaign strategy and results for several growing and new channels • Develop concepts, messaging, and ad copy for campaigns in your portfolio • Develop design briefs and work with designers to produce campaign deliverables • Execute campaigns independently, via contractors, agencies, and internal resources as the team grows • Develop robust experimentation program for outbound email messaging • Expand and own email nurture programs in partnership with product marketing and content marketing • Develop paid social and display retargeting campaigns • Continue to develop our account based marketing initiatives • Measure, analyze, report, and optimize the performance of demand gen programs • Work with the sales team to ensure end-to-end success of your campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, 2+ years in B2B • Experience at a VC-backed startup with less than 100 employees • You’re scrappy and motivated. You’re no stranger to rolling up your sleeves and writing copy or making edits in Figma. You can execute independently but you can also source and manage high-quality talent to scale your impact • You have a firm grasp of media buying and optimization in digital and offline channels • Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle across the entire funnel • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (Hubspot) and ability to navigate Salesforce to pull reports on specific campaigns and understand the status of leads in the funnel. • Interpret data, create insights, and translate it into applicable changes • Strong project management skills to effectively deliver programs, and create alignment across groups
