Description
• We are seeking an experienced full stack Engineer with a passion for backend development to join CSS’s Money Engineering team in New York. • In this role, you will be responsible for building services that manage money movement across our B2B and D2C businesses and develop financial products that help restaurants manage their cash flow. • Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including: • Build world class financial products with primary focus on Backend services and APIs. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and customers to conceptualize and build new features for our growing customer base. • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data processing and transactions. • Actively own features and define their long-term health, keeping reliability and scalability at the forefront of technical designs. • Perform code reviews and be the standard bearer of engineering best practices. • Build in a dynamic environment leveraging Data-Driven Development, Agile Methodologies, and Continuous Improvement.
Requirements
• 7+ years of industry software engineering experience developing and shipping products, both for real-time and non-real time use cases. • Proficiency in Java, backend frameworks and technologies. • Experience with frontend technologies such as React is a plus. • Strong knowledge of RESTful and/or GraphQL API design and implementation. • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
