• Create and maintain compensation strategies for high performers and retain top talent • Collaborate closely within agile teams on ideation, scoping, and execution
Requirements
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience using modern web technologies (TypeScript, Node/Express, MySQL, Redis, BigTable) • Solid architectural vision and continuous improvements to performance and scaling • Strong cross-functional partnership with technical and non-technical partners • Ability to adjust approach between shipping functionality and investing in architecture • Nice to have: experience working at B2B SaaS tech companies, especially during hypergrowth • This role is eligible for sponsorship
