Description
• Review Mechanical Startup, System Design Verification (SDV), & Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) reports generated by 3rd party contractors • Conduct internal Engineering Systems Verification (ESV) at each new facility where you will confirm proper functionality & installation of the major MEPS systems • Develop corrective action plans for deviations and issues, which may include coordination with the construction manager, facility manager, TAB agency, or with equipment vendors for warranty & maintenance issues • Maintain & operate Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure thermal comfort in our facilities & remotely diagnose issues • Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite Operations team members, Facility Managers, and 3rd party mechanical contractors / service providers
Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant technical experience • HVAC and/or Refrigeration certifications • Strong MEP engineering experience for an HVAC servicing company or large commercial / hospitality entity • Experience working with corporate products such as Slack, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, etc • Strong verbal and written communication skills
