Description

As a Committed Team Member, you are a leader of doing, building, and teaching HR and Culture Operations! CTMs are responsible for implementing impactful and innovative best practices and processes. By doing, building, and teaching these functions you will be able to streamline HR, improve experiences and operationalize company culture through dynamic Culture Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience • 3+ years’ experience in hands-on Human Resources • 2+ years’ experience in Operations and/or People Operations • HR certificate and/or PHR or SHRM-CP certification is required or in progress • Ability to reach goals successfully with 7-10 projects at any given time all while thriving • Time Management Skills and Tech|System Savviness a MUST • Ability to learn, do, build and teach HR and Culture Operations • Confident Conversationalist that is comfortable humanizing an experience • Hands-On, Collaborative and Integrative Team Player, internally and externally to our clients • Organizationally Obsessed with a focus for quality and details • Gritty Resourcefulness to deliver results and hit deadlines • Inquisitive Problem Solver that thrives in change throughout their structure • Growth Minded Consultant of Service that removes ego to leverage KSAs to foster a five-star support system experience • Proven accountability partner that gets excited to support and gain adoption through practices, processes, and people
