• Hiring the best people is mission critical for Curie.Bio • We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to support the end to end candidate lifecycle – from first call to signed offer • As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for coordinating efforts and interfacing with candidates on a variety of roles across the company • Day to day, you will partner with our Talent Acquisition team and our hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience throughout the recruiting process
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills • Exceptional organizational skills including process management, multitasking, prioritization, and detail orientation • Passion for Talent Acquisition/People • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and G-Suite
