Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role, ideally with Enterprise SaaS solutions • Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity • Technically savvy with experience using modern SaaS Customer Success tools • Balanced approach to Customer Success and familiar with business objectives • Clear credibility and comfortable navigating enterprise organizations • Adept at supporting meaningful, data-informed Business Review processes • Passionate Customer Advocate synthesizing client feedback.
