• Drive marketing operations strategy and execution • Create and optimize lead and campaign processes • Design dashboards and reports • Oversee effectiveness of marketing automation and CRM systems • Analyze campaign performance and manage budgets

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing Operations in a tech environment • Proven track record of managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms including Hubspot • Experience with Salesforce and managing large datasets • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics and other BI tools for reporting and data analysis • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to various stakeholders • Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop strategic solutions • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
