Description
• Develop and maintain backend services that power our core features • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration of backend services with user-facing features • Contribute to search quality improvements, ML-based ranking systems, and personalized recommendations • Work across various technologies, including our web application, search stack, and data pipelines.
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong track record of building and shipping production-ready backend systems • Strong programming skills, particularly in Go, C++, or similar languages • Experience building distributed systems • Highly collaborative mindset with a focus on enabling team success • Ability to adapt to new technologies and work across different parts of the stack • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
