Description
• Responsible for QA oversight of Physician reports and medical records. • Ensure QA staff adhere to job duties and follow up on outstanding reports. • Manage File Review Board for timely and accurate processes. • Assist in identifying and correcting staff performance issues. • Act as liaison between reviewer, team member, and client.
Requirements
• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. • Medical peer review or healthcare industry knowledge required. • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred. • Exceptional communication skills. • Critical thinking and time management skills. • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
