Description
• Dashlane is looking for a seasoned Social Demand Generation Manager with a focus in B2B demand gen, who will create a set of successful channel strategies, execute well-structured tests, roll-out successful Social campaigns, and optimize/track performance over time against a clear set of data-driven goals. You will have the opportunity to drive full-funnel tactics to build Brand Awareness, scale successful awareness and engagement strategies, and test across our Global product.
Requirements
• 3+ years of hand-on experience scaling paid social (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook, Reddit, etc.) • Experience in B2B Social campaigns • Experience with ABM Strategy and video ads • Additional experience with X (Twitter), Instagram, Quora, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social channels • Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets) with incrementality testing experience and a data-driven mindset • Understanding of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking • Experience with creative teams to consistently build and optimize creative • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies • Ability to work autonomously or in a group setting, with a proactive approach • Cross-channel collaboration background and the ability to work with a variety of company stakeholders • Experience in other marketing channels and tools such as; 6sense and Tableau
