Description
• Build the user community on Slack • Generate conversation about the product and trending topics in the fintech space • Organize virtual events • Identify new marketing channels and lead generation opportunities • Design, write and create content for community engagement • Manage and maintain a newsletter • Collaborate with engineering and product teams • Monitor and report feedback • Respond to customer queries and bugs • Collaborate with product team and designers • Improve community awareness of product features
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied math, finance, marketing, communications, business, management, journalism, writing or any field with an emphasis on writing or social skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Previous work experience in relevant roles • Knowledge in finance, fintech, data, machine learning or software engineering • Experience with design tools • Experience organizing or launching community initiatives • Hands-on experience with social media management, SEO and/or online marketing channels • Passion for teaching or communicating ideas • Equal employment opportunity policy
