• Lead the day-to-day management of salaried onboarding. • Enhance new hire experience and embody company culture. • Ensure a seamless onboarding process from paperwork to orientation. • Manage relationships with new hires and hiring managers. • Collect and analyze survey data for process improvements. • Collaborate with IT, Compliance, HR, and Legal teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 1-2+ years experience in onboarding, HR or Learning/Development • Ability to work autonomously and make programmatic decisions related to onboarding. • Ability to take proactive initiative to solve problems and improve processes. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
