• Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for BPO, Staffing, Technology, and other key categories • Ensure alignment with Datavant's business objectives, focusing on cost reduction, risk mitigation, and value creation • Drive procurement-related M&A synergies by integrating newly acquired companies • Identify and realize cost savings opportunities through consolidation, vendor management, and optimized sourcing strategies • Oversee the management of BPO and contract labor categories for cost efficiency • Develop comprehensive PowerPoint presentations communicating sourcing strategies and results • Establish, negotiate, and improve key metrics and OKRs • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers • Utilize procurement technology platforms to enhance sourcing activities • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals • Identify opportunities for automation in accounts payable efficiency • Effectively communicate insights and updates on accounts payable operations • Proactively identify and address financial risks associated with procurement
• 10+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred • Proficiency in procurement technologies, preferably Coupa • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute complex sourcing strategies • Effective written/verbal communication skills • Highly collaborative style
