• As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll leverage your recruiting experience while driving the evolution of our field. • We seek an accomplished recruiter who excels in traditional talent acquisition and embraces innovative strategies. • Your role is to redefine our recruiting approach, blending time-tested practices with cutting-edge technology to attract top talent. • You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping us ahead in a rapidly changing landscape while bringing our employer brand to life.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in tech and online marketing roles. Bonus points if you’ve worked in an online or fast-growing company. • You know your way around ATS and recruitment tools, and you’re skilled at leveraging social platforms like LinkedIn to find the right talent. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that make you a natural at building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers - fluent in English and ideally in German, too. • You explore and implement new AI-based technologies, constantly testing and refining the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and creativity in hiring. • A flair for writing engaging job posts and a creative approach to sourcing the best talent. • Experience or a keen interest in employer branding, social media, and recruitment marketing. • Nice to have: • Experience recruiting for remote teams. • Familiarity with online companies, startups, or fast-paced environments.
