Description

• Manage monthly financial reporting packages for internal review and consolidation • Identify performance trends vs budgets • Assist in driving process improvements and system enhancements • Prepare for external auditors and follow up • Hybrid work schedule, on site in NY Office as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting; CPA a plus • 4+ years of work experience at an accounting department focused on financial reporting • Working knowledge of IFRS/U.S. GAAP and U.S. Tax Code • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, such as netsuite • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently on a team and collaborate in a team environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines. Strong organizational skills are a must • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with leadership at all levels • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
