Identify and close net new clients for Deel's global payroll solutions.

• Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos
• Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth
• Work with in-country AEs on opportunities they have sourced
• Navigate complex mid-market organizational structures to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level executives with primary focus on HR, Finance and Payroll managers
• Collaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and sign contracts with internal and external teams
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Work closely with your dedicated SDR in executing your GTM strategy
• Manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce
• Report directly to the Head of Expansion in the region
