Description

• Business development role focused on signing up new clients interested in using the technology platform for hedging interest rates, FX, and commodities • Seeking a seasoned individual with strong relationships at the C level in regional and community banks, deep knowledge of the banking industry, and a passion for creating new business • Role involves selling OTC products such as interest rate, FX, and commodity derivatives to downstream banks • Offers an opportunity to become part of a FinTech company

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a sales role focused on financial institutions, consistently exceeding quota • Strong rolodex in regional and community bank industry calling on decision makers • Detailed understanding of Asset Liability Management (ALM) at community and regional banks • Proven hunter with the ability to plan, execute, and maximize their territory • Expert understanding of the sales process and knowing when to leverage others within the firm • Strong team player and collaborator • Correspondent Banking, Fixed Income Sales, and Derivatives knowledge is a major plus • Strong communication and writing skills • Preference for experience using the MEDICC sales methodology • Strong Linked-In presence
