Description
• experience working on a broad array of complex debt financing transactions, including acquisition financing (especially for sponsor-backed companies in the middle market), term loan facilities and working capital facilities, as well as familiarity with commitment letters and sponsor grids, unitranche facilities, and intercreditor arrangements. • While experience with distressed credit would be a plus, a solid base in leveraged finance, combined with an intellectual curiosity in expanding your skill set beyond performing credit, is more important.
Requirements
• 4, 5, or 6 years experience straight out of law school working as a finance associate • Juris Doctorate degree from a nationally recognized law school • strong analytical skills and attention to detail
