Description
• Collaborate with our Total Rewards team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making • Drive efficiency across core finance processes • Drive our internal reporting processes
Requirements
• 3+ years of related experience (e.g., FP&A, Accounting backgrounds, management consulting) • Systems and EPM management experience • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making • Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives • Ability to communicate financial results and narrative • Understanding of financial planning and accounting concepts, equity and stock-based compensation a plus
