Description

• AVP/VP - Growth Initiatives Manager on our marketing team that will lead and drive revenue growth initiatives across the organization. • Identify and assess the feasibility and viability of potential growth initiatives and partnerships that align with business unit and corporate goals. • Lead or co-lead cross-functional teams to drive and implement identified growth initiatives. • Anticipate potential challenges and risks associated with growth initiatives and develop mitigation plans. • Overseeing the design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure specifications are met. • Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on product progress and milestones.

Requirements

• 10+ years deep domain expertise in commercial P&C or Excess Liability insurance experience. • 5+ years working leading revenue growth initiatives. • Excellent problem-solver with the drive and determination to lead our program leaders to be successful in the market. • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with program managers, underwriters, IT staff, project managers and independent brokers and agents. • Able to understand, troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of a plan’s success or failure. • Prior experience leading teams.
