Description
• Lead Product Management function at DoiT • Develop deep contextual understanding of business and clients • Curate and maintain product strategy • Collaborate with Executives and cross-functional leadership • Hire, coach, mentor, and manage PM team performance • Connect directly with customers to understand their needs • Refine and govern PM processes suitable for DoiT • Drive continuous improvement culture • Partner with Engineering leadership for product objectives • Collaborate closely with Client Services organization
Requirements
• 10+ years of Product Management leadership experience at B2B SaaS companies • Significant experience with cloud-native technologies • Experience as a highly visible and responsive leader • Understand vital connections between product delivery and financial operations • Ability to lead with empathy • Understanding of the FinOps market • Familiarity with cloud service catalog offerings • Comfortable processing and leading teams through changes • Actively seek qualitative and quantitative information • Excellent communication skills
