Description

• Develop holistic, multi-channel media strategies in collaboration with client account and strategy team to achieve marketing objectives across paid search, display, paid social, and other paid media channels. • Execute and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels. • Work with marketing manager to ensure media reports represent KPI’s and monitor and adjust campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs. • Stay up to date on the latest paid media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement these insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Allocate and manage media budgets efficiently to maximize the impact of paid media campaigns. • Oversee the management and optimization of Google Grant accounts to ensure compliance and maximize grant utilization. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. • Recommend and execute A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates. • Work in tandem with agency dev team to ensure conversion tracking is set up and working for each campaign channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and implementation. • Proven experience with major paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and programmatic ad buys. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. • Experience with managing Google Grant accounts is a plus. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
